How to Use a Venue Credit
Step 1:
If you haven't already, create an account using the SIGN UP button in the top right corner of the website. Be sure to use the same email address that you used to purchase tickets for which you now have a venue credit.
Please be aware, you will need to be logged into this account before adding any tickets to your cart.
Step 2:
Now that you're logged in, select your new tickets by clicking on the showtime you want to attend and proceed to the checkout page.
Step 3:
Once you arrive at the checkout page, you should see an option that says PAY WITH VENUE CREDIT underneath the credit card field.
Step 4:
Once you select the venue credit option, you should see the total amount available:
