Where is Helium located?
Clayton Rd Entrance to Mall (next to Webber Grill) 1151 St. Louis Galleria St. Louis, MO 63117.


How do I purchase tickets or make a reservation for a specific show?
You can pre-purchase tickets online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 314.727.1260.


Are there any age restrictions?
We are an 18+ venue.


Am I expected to wear a mask?
Customers can wear masks at their discretion, but they are not required. All Helium staff members will continue to wear masks.


What is the difference between Reserved and General Admission seating?
Reserved tables are preassigned for you in the Showroom. Patrons who purchase Reserved seats will be assigned the best available table for the size of their party. General Admission tables are available on a first-come, first-sat basis. The earlier you arrive, the better your table will be.


What does seating and capacity look like now?
The capacity of the showroom has been reduced significantly to allow for safe social distancing. All customers will be seated at tables of no more than 4 people and tables will maintain social distancing rules. No one will be seated with guests that are not in their party.


What time should I arrive?
The box office will open 1 hour before showtime and seating will begin 30 minutes before. We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. All tickets are subject to expire 15 minutes before showtime. If you are running late or think you will arrive later than 15 minutes before showtime, please call the box office to let them know.


Does Helium accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.


What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you or someone in your party is feeling unwell, please contact the box office by 1 PM on the day of the show, and we can discuss your options.


How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Plastic gift cards can be used online to purchase tickets to in-person comedy shows, as well as food & beverage while you’re seated in the showroom.

Paper gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets, comedy classes, and food & beverage while you’re seated in the showroom. To purchase tickets using your gift certificate, call our box office at 314.727.1260, and be sure to bring your gift certificate to the box office on the night of the show to redeem your tickets.

Is there a drink minimum?
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom (e.g., 1 soda and 1 appetizer), which allows our patrons to enjoy the food Helium has to offer. Food & beverages will be served on or in single-use containers. Staff members will be required to wear face shields, masks, and gloves. In addition to the two-item minimum, there will be an 18% administrative fee in the showroom.

Please note: customers will only be able to order food and beverages from their showroom server. Walk-up bar service will not be available.

Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Yes. Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.


What is the Showroom like? How does seating work?
The Showroom arrangement is similar to a cabaret theater – chairs surrounding tables, facing the stage. With friendly and discreet table service, we ensure you won’t miss any of the action.


How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the show’s actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.


Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.


Is there handicapped access to the club?
Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all differently-abled patrons to reach out to us to ensure your needs are accommodated.


Where can I park near the club?
Limited parking is available outside of Helium by the Clayton Road entrance to the mall. Additional parking is available on the east side of the building near Dillard’s & Weber Grill, as well as on the parking garage.


Is your club smoke-free?
Yes, however smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.


Does Helium Comedy Club have an “Open Mic” night?
Yes! We host our Open Mic events on Wednesday nights when scheduling allows.

Are cameras allowed in the club?
Patrons may take personal photographs BEFORE or AFTER the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited. **Due to Covid-19, we are currently not allowing meet & greet or photo-ops with the performers to take place inside of our venues. All interactions with performers must take place outside of the club while maintaining social distancing.
