We are located at the St Louis Galleria Mall on the off of the Clayton Rd. at 1151 St. Louis Galleria St. Louis, MO 63117.


We are an 18+ venue.


Limited parking is available outside of Helium. Additional parking is available on the east side of the building near Dillard's, as well as in the parking garage.


Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu.

Please Note: Food and drinks purchased in our bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum. Additionally, there will be an 18% administrative fee on all food and beverage purchases.


Tickets can be pre-purchased online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 314.727.1260.

Please Note: Tickets are only available through heliumcomedy.com, and ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Helium Comedy Club. For more information, click HERE.


All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.


  • General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.

  • Reserved seats are pre-assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned.

Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location.


The box office will open approximately 2 hours before showtime, and we recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund.

Please Note: The box office will be closed between shows. You will only be able to pick up tickets when the box office is open for your showtime.



  • While we cannot guarantee seats together, General Admission ticket holders should arrive at least 1 hour before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.

  • Reserved ticket holders who purchase tickets as a group will be automatically assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.

Please Note: Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.


Yes. Comedy is subjective, and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight into the expected performance.


Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the shows actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.


Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all patrons who have a disability to reach out to us to make accommodations.


Yes! Dinner reservations are available before the 7:30 show on Friday and Saturday nights, and food and drinks purchased along with a pre-show reservation count towards the two-item minimum! Reservations can be made HERE.

Ticket Protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit toward a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase but cannot be added after the order has been placed.

To redeem your Ticket Protection and receive a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number no less than 24 hours before showtime.

Please Note: Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.



Yes, however, smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.

Please Note: This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.


Patrons may take personal photographs before or after the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club's and the artist's written consent is strictly prohibited.

Please Note: This policy is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. Some shows may require your phone to be put away upon entering the venue.


Yes! Physical gift cards and e-cards can be purchased HERE. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing (not including transit time) on all physical gift cards.

Please Note: Purchases of new gift cards must be processed online. We are not offering in-person gift card sales (unless otherwise advertised) at this time.


Yes! We host our Open Mic events on Wednesday nights when scheduling allows. Please check our calendar for upcoming dates.
